List Building

  • One Skype/Zoom call (45 – 60 minutes) to understand your profile, GPA, Test Scores, areas of interest, career goals, budget, and other preferences.

  • The Counselor will then mail your list of 15 – 25 universities and categorize them as ambitious/dream, reach/moderate and safe schools.

  • The second call (20 – 30 minutes) to finalize 10 – 15 colleges where you should apply.

  • Turnaround time for the whole process: 3 – 5 days.

List Review

  • You will create and share a list of 10 – 25 colleges/universities and profile (via email)

  • Counselor will review to help you finalize the best 7 – 15 options for you according to your profile and classified as Ambitious, Target, and Moderately Safe Universities. The counselor could also recommend a few good-fit colleges that might be out of the initial 10-25 college list.

  • The review will happen over a Skype/Zoom call (30 minute call)

  • Turnaround time: 1 – 3 days
