Fall 2021 Deadlines for MS in USA

It’s again that time of the year when MS in US aspirants start gearing up for applying to the universities. The majority of application windows are going to open up in August or September. In this post, we will look at the fall 2021 deadlines for MS in US. Additionally, we have also compiled the average GRE scores, application fees, and acceptance rates for MS in US.
USA will Continue to Attract International Students
Due to certain issues, the US did lose a little bit of attraction. However, it’s still the most preferred study-abroad destination, particularly for STEM subjects at the graduate (MS & PhD) level. Presence of reputed & top-ranked universities, availability of funding, OPT (post-study work) opportunities, top-notch recruiters, etc. have always been the pull-factors for the US. So, we are pretty sure, 2021 round will also attract quality applicants.
Fall 2021 is Going to be More Competitive
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, quite a few admitted students from fall 2020 deferred their acceptance to fall 2021. Secondly, due to the economic downturn, US universities are likely to see an increased number of applications. Therefore, the fall 2021 admission round will be extremely competitive. Hence, it will be only wise to put serious effort into the applications and keeping the basics right – such as submitting applications as early as possible, rather than just a few days before the application deadlines. However, there is no point in submitting a half-baked application. You need to submit a strong application by all means.
Don’t Neglect GRE
Many US universities have gone test-optional (i.e. GRE is not mandatory) or dropped the GRE requirement (GRE not required). A few such universities include Harvard, Stanford, Brown, Northwestern, etc. But, as international applicants, applying with a competitive GRE score is strongly recommended in order to stand out in the applicant pool.
