Bachelor of Design in Fashion Designing
Bachelor of Design in Fashion Designing is a very prestigious four-year program offered by NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology). The course is very popular among candidates interested in designing clothes and apparels. Future career prospects are extremely good as fashion as an industry is now seeing a boom. A plethora of career choices and professions are available after graduating which include – designers, freelance design consultants, costume designers, illustrators etc. Graduates can also get hired by MNCs and companies in the clothing line and designer wear space.

Bachelor of Design in Leather Designing
This is also a four-year program with ample job opportunities after graduation. The program primarily, deals with designing of leather products, mass manufacturing of it, management of the good, transportation etc.
Bachelor of Design in Accessory Designing

Bachelor of interior design
Bachelor of Interior Design is a four-year undergrad program teaching the art and science of interior decoration of building/ residence. The admission process includes qualifying entrance tests held by colleges and performance in subsequent round of counselling. The program is sub-divided into 8 semesters and the course fee ranging between 300000 and 1200000 rupees.
Mostly private institutes offer this program both as diploma and certificate courses. Securing a seat in a premier institute like CEPT will be fruitful.
Fee for Bachelor of Interior Design varies from one college to another and private colleges charge relatively higher fees. On an average, the tuition fees could be anywhere between 60,000-20, 0000 rupees per year depending on type of college, its rating, scholarship status of the candidate etc.
Teaching and Education Programs
These courses are very popular and are mostly known as a teachers training course. B.Ed. happens to be the most sought after program, amongst this category of courses. However, it can only be pursued after graduation. But some teaching training courses can be taken up right after 12th. They are-
- El.Ed. (Bachelor of Elementary Education, 4 years long course)
- Diploma in Elementary Education
- P.Ed. (Bachelor of Physical Education)
- Primary Teachers Training course (can follow it up with B.Ed.)
Pharm D or Doctor of Pharmacy is a Doctoral Degree program and the duration is 6 years including five years of academic program along with a one-year long internship. Like B Pharmacy, Pharm D is also a course that students with both Mathematics and Biology can explore and enroll for.
Fees for Pharm D course is more than B.Pharm. A Pharm D program from a private college will cost rupees 75000-20,0000 per year. Securing seats in government colleges or availing a scholarship will considerably reduce the fees.
Science students with Mathematics as a subject in class 12 can also pursue management studies after plus two. BBA continues to be the most popular choice among such students. Other undergraduate level management programs both degree and diploma include –
